Construction is progressing at the Beeson Court Development as the first apartment building was completed in June 2010, a second apartment building is well under way, and is expected to be completed in December, 2010.
The Development will have a total of (8) Apartment Buildings and (2) Commercial Buildings.
Capital Development, LLC plans to build the commercial buildings to accommodate proximity businesses for the convenience of the neighborhood and South Dodge.
